How to Participate
To join us for the walk: Visit http://www.active.com/donate/casd2008 and click on "Become a Fundraiser". You will need to create an Active.com account (which is free) and you can set up your own page. Then contact all of your friends and family with a link to your own CASD 2008 page so that they can support you in your efforts. (Note that due to route restrictions creating limited space, walkers are asked to raise a minimum of $300.00 or more in sponsorships)
To sponsor one of the participants: Visit http://www.active.com/donate/casd2008 and select one of the fundraisers from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen (under View Fundraising Pages/Select Fundraiser)
